Saturday morning we set off after breakfast to Apparition Hill and said a joyful mystery of the Rosary. Apparition Hill is even more congested than Mount Krizevac and finding a quite space for a group to pray can be challenging. As on Mount Krizevac there are stations along the mountain to meditate and pray on. At the first apparition site on Apparition Hill.

At the foot of the Hill is two blue crosses for people to come and pray at. This morning s where many subsequent apparitions occured and it is easily accessible to everyone especially those unable to make the trek up the Hill.

We preceded down to the John Paul II hall where we celebrated mass in Italian.

After mass we went over the statue of the Risen Christ. The strange phenomenon of the statue is that just below the knee on the side there is a liquid that continues to leek out. In what looks just like water, has been analysed and has the same characteristics as human tears. I was inspecting it for myself and as many were offering their prayers up to Jesus and wiping the liquid up with tissues.

There is a constant lineup day and night to adorn the statue.

That afternoon we were invited to attend one of the seers Marija's apparition. We were not allowed to take any pictures of the event but are just left with memories.

That evening we returned to St James's Church for adoration and Fr Richard heard confessions.

That concluded our time in Medjugorgie and early next morning we were back off to Split to catch our flight back to Rome.
