Angelus

Last Sunday we had the opertunity to sign out for Sunday lunch to go see the Pope give the angelus. It was a lovely sunny day and being the first Sunday of the month Rome opens all its museums for free, it drue a big crowd into St Peter's.

He is certainly high up. After a few welcome's for special groups and a short reflection on the days gospel, the Transfiguration, that Christian's should share the glorious light of God's love, the angelus was said and a quick blessing given and it was all over in around ten minutes.
